Shipping
Regular Parcel shipping does not “guarantee” a delivery time. An estimated time is indicated at the time the order is placed. We will not assume responsibility if the package does not reach the destination within the estimated time given. You will be emailed a tracking number and delivery confirmation once your order has been shipped.
We strive to have all orders leave our distribution centre within 48 hours of receiving them. Occasional back orders will take longer to ship, you will be notified by email of any delays.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I order something and send it as a gift to someone else?
Yes! You can most definitely do this. When you are checking out, make sure you update the “Shipping Address” to the individual to whom you are sending the gift.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to North America.

Will my shipment arrive before Christmas?
If your order is placed before December 15, it will arrive in time for Christmas. Alternatively, you can choose to expedite the shipping and request “Express Shipping” by contacting us at 905-858-9785 or info@awesomegifts.ca, incurring an additional cost.
