Orders Within Canada
We use FedEx Ground Shipping for orders within Canada. Shipping time varies by province. You will be emailed a tracking number and delivery confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Orders Outside Canada
We use Canada Post Xpresspost for orders outside of Canada. Shipping time varies by state. You will be emailed a tracking number and delivery confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a package delivery cannot be completed, a notice card will be left for you to pick up your package at the designated postal outlet in your area. If you do not pick up your package the package will be returned to our distribution centre. Returned packages can be re-shipped for an additional charge at your expense. If you opt out of re-shipment, you will be refunded the amount of your order minus the original shipping charges.
