Although we hope you enjoy your order from Hallmark Awesome Gifts if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order by completing the ‘RETURN SUBMISSION’ form to begin the return procedure and request a refund for your order. 

Return Policy

If your purchase isn't what you hoped it would be, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt of the order. The item must be returned in original packaging, including order documentation, and be received within 30 calendar days of a team member's issuance of the return request. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning orders.

Any Christmas items purchased after Boxing Day are final sale.

How Long Do I Have to Return an Order?

You may exchange or return an item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.

How Do I Ship Back My Order?

When shipping back your return order please follow the following instructions:

  • The item must be returned in original packaging, including the original paperwork and invoice that came with your order.
  • Select a shipping company and ship returns to ‘Hallmark Awesome Gifts 775 Britannia Road West, Unit 6, Mississauga, Ontario L5V 2Y1’.
  • Complete our Customer Return Tracking Submission form, as this will allow us to process the refund once we receive your order. 

Can I Return My Order to One of Your Hallmark Retail Locations?

Yes, you can return an online order to one of these Hallmark Retail Locations (click the link to find locations). Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the original paperwork and invoice that came with your order.

How Is My Money Refunded?

In most cases, refunds are typically processed in the same manner as the original purchase.

Once Hallmark Awesome Gifts hands off your order to the carrier for delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure our customers have an optimal shopping experience, we may limit or suspend the refund/return policy in circumstances of excessive use, abuse, or suspected fraud.
