We are happy to announce our Rewards Plus program. This program is an addition to our current buy 3 cards get 1 FREE program. The Rewards Plus program is only available at Twin Phoenix Hallmark locations in Burlington, Hamilton, Milton, Mississauga and Oakville.
Membership
Our rewards program is FREE to join at one of our 5 locations in Burlington, Hamilton, Milton, Mississauga (Heartland Town Centre) and Oakville. No purchase necessary.
Types of Reward Points:
- Earned: rewards that consumers can request if they have 600 points or more in their rewards account
- Bonus: additional rewards that marketing sends out during peak seasonal times
Increments
- $2 (600 points)
- $3 (900 points)
- $5 (1500 points)
- $10 (3000 points)
- $15 (4500 points)
- $20 (6000 points)
Earned Points
Reward Points can be earned for all products offered for sale at Twin Phoenix Corporation Gold Crown stores. Purchases for which points are not earned include, but are not limited to: gift cards, greeting cards (as our current rewards program supports greeting cards), postage stamps, sale items, hallmarkawesomegifts.ca (O/A by Twin Phoenix Corporation) purchases and other items as designated at each retailer’s discretion. Points are not awarded on any tax paid on purchases.
When a purchased item on which points were earned is returned for any reason, points earned for the purchase will be deducted from the account to which the points were credited.
Redeemed Points
Reward Points can be redeemed for all products offered for sale at Twin Phoenix Corporation Gold Crown stores, subject to the following exclusions: previous purchases, gift cards, postage stamps, subscriptions, hallmarkawesomegifts.ca (O/A by Twin Phoenix Corporation) purchases and other exclusions imposed at the discretion of the redeeming retailer. Reward Points can only be redeemed in the increments shown above. No cash value, credit or change will be given. The customer is responsible for any applicable sales tax and shipping and/or handling fees. Reward Points cannot be sold, reproduced or redeemed for cash.
